Leehouses.com invites each User to view, use and download sample portions of the Website including, without limitation, the Content for such User's informational, non-commercial use; provided, however, that all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices are left intact. Listingbook makes no guarantees or representations regarding the skills of service providers or the quality of the job that service providers may perform if you elect to retain their services. It is entirely up to you to enter into a direct contract or otherwise reach agreement with a service provider and Listingbook does not guarantee or warrant service providers' performance on the job or the outcome or quality of the services performed. Your rights under contracts you make with service providers typically are governed by your state and local laws. Right of Refusal: Requests for Listingbook accounts and/or access to foreclosure lists or any other portion of the website(s) are at the discretion of Dan Starowicz, and can be denied or delayed setup, suspended, or revoked at any time with or without notice.
The services provided on this site are for bona fide potential customers and access by those holding a current Florida Real Estate license is forbidden without written approval from Dan Starowicz. Any dissemination of this information for profit by another license holder is a breach of this agreement.
Right to call: By initiating your request for the foreclosure list and/or a listingbook account and providing your phone number you are hereby consenting to receive phone calls. This supersedes any listing of your name on a “do not call” list, as allowed by law.
Listingbook is a third party service. I do not warrant or guarantee their site or services.
Opt out: you can opt out of any future communications and emails by sending an email with subject line “Opt Out” to dan@leehouses.com. You can opt out of any morning reports via the Listingbook service via a link at the bottom of any email from their system. You can opt out of Listingbook service via that link at the bottom of their email as well.
By requesting the foreclosure list and/or a listingbook account you are hereby authorizing the enrollment into receiving email communications either directly from me and/or via the listingbook service, including the use of it’s morning report system.
