In all, the site is designed for the type of buyer who likes to do some of their own research & browsing, but who want ready access to someone very familiar with the best deals in the marketplace, once they are ready to buy.
I do not operate like most conventional Realtors: I make zero 'sales calls.' Out of the many, many thousands of leads I receive, I will only work with a couple dozen clients at a time. They are the ones who get the best deals and the most attentive service. Doing things in this different fashion means my handful of serious clients benefit, and I spend my time working effectively with the best buyers.
